Opal Country is a long-lasting, hard-wearing, mulesing-free 4-ply workhorse sock yarn that comes in a range of country-inspired colourways.
The socks you knit from Opal will last for years of wear, and they are surprisingly soft for something so sturdy.
- Fingering weight sock yarn (#1 superfine)
- 100 g / 3.5 oz / 425 m / 464 yds
- 75% virgin wool, 25% polyamide
- Suggested needles sizes for sock knitting: 2 – 2.25 mm / US 0 – 1
- Gauge using suggested needles: 8 – 9 sts per inch
- Machine washable at 40 C. Dry flat. Non felting.
