Malabrigo Chunky yarn is a bulky-weight 3-ply 100% merino wool, and it feels incredible. It knits up quickly at 3.5 sts per inch, and its structure and soft texture give it great stitch definition for cables and other stitch patterns.
Malabrigo Chunky is great for quick knits, accessories, outerwear, home decor, and felting projects. It would be perfect to use in our free Othello Cowl pattern.
Malabrigo yarns are hand-dyed in small batches, so make sure to buy enough to complete your project. We also recommend that you alternate skeins as you knit through your projects to ensure even blending of the tonal colours.
