Description
Opal Pretty (with sparkle) is a long-lasting, hard-wearing, mulesing-free 4-ply workhorse sock yarn that comes in a range of sparkly, self-patterning colourways.
The socks you knit from Opal will last for years of wear, and they are surprisingly soft for something so sturdy. The sparkly strand that runs throughout has no discernible texture and it looks amazing.
One ball will make an adult-sized pair of socks.
- Fingering weight sock yarn
- 100 g / 3.5 oz / 425 m / 464 yds
- 71% virgin wool, 26% polyamide, 3% polyester
- Suggested needles sizes for sock knitting: 2 – 2.25 mm / US 0 – 1
- Gauge using suggested needles: 8 – 8.5 sts per inch
- Machine washable at 40 C. Dry flat. Non felting.
