The BERNINA Hook bobbin holds 70% more thread than standard bobbins. That means more sewing and fewer interruptions.
Red bobbin case
Great for underthread sewing or bobbinwork.
Golden-yellow bobbin case
Sometimes you need more tension on the bobbin thread than usual for embroidery, free-motion sewing or free-motion quilting. And that’s why you need the golden-yellow bobbin case.
Black bobbin case
This is an ideal bobbin case for sewing and embroidery.
B9 Hook Bobbin Cases
B9 Hook Bobbins and Bobbin Cases are required for the following machines:
- B 710
- B 750 QE
- B 780
The BERNINA Hook bobbin cases and the B9 Hook bobbin cases both use the same Bernina Hook (9 Hook) bobbin type. The only difference between the Hook cases and the B9 Hook cases is that the B9 Hook cases are compatible with only B 710, B 750 QE, and B 780; the Hook cases are the more commonly used type. BERNINA CB Hook Bobbin Case
The CB Hook is used in particular for sewing utility and decorative stitches with a stitch width of up to 5.5 mm.
BERNINA Rotary Hook Bobbin Cases
The Rotary Hook is one of the four different hooks and has different bobbins and bobbin cases for different purposes.
- Standard bobbin case for sewing
- Bobbin case with golden flap for embroidery
- 9 mm stitch width
