Bring in your quilt top for our ‘How do I quilt this’ discussion with Gail Berry-Graham from Bernina Canada. \nHow Do I Quilt This? The piecing is finished\, and though it’s a great feeling\, we are often left with a  “What Now?” feeling.  How do I quilt it?  Overall?  Custom?  Modern? DESCRIPTION:Pixel quilts come in all sizes and in all kinds of different images.  Designers for Tilda fabrics as well as Toni Smith (Quiltoni) have taken the idea to new heights.  Any picture that you can simplify into a pixel design can become a quilt. \nLearn how to create a pixelated image\, turn it into a quilt pattern\, and how to pick the right fabrics for your image.  Learn how to strip piece to create your quilt in the most efficient way possible and how to line up your seams to have crisp points in your finished quilt. \nThis is a custom quilt for you so the size of the quilt will also be completely up to you. \nHave a general idea of the quilt you would like to make.  Do you want to make a “character or person”?  Do you want to make an animal?  Other ideas include objects\, items\, scenery\, etc.  The more simplified the better.  For example\, a landscape would not fit on a pixel quilt\, but a barn would.  For inspiration my gallery can be found at http://www.quiltoni.com/commissions.html. \n \nExciting guest instructor – Quiltoni \nDay 2 of 2
